The role of Office Assistant entails handling e-mail and telephonic communication. It also involves managing the office space and assisting ACI-SA’s clients. The relevance of the role is in keeping the office open, handling the affairs of the institute and handling administration for projects. An incumbent will work directly with the Interim Leader of the Institute.
